We helped transform a former industrial process facility into a major logistics hub.
GWB provided commercial support and Project Management services on the transformation of the former Cartwright site on Atlantic Street in Altrincham into Broadheath Network Centre, for our client NSD Altrincham Ltd. The project involved the remediation of a former industrial site followed by a combination of refurbishment of two existing terraced industrial blocks and the newbuild of five additional units, delivering over 206,000ft2 of high-quality space.
The project completed in February 2024 and is set to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating along with EPC ‘A’ ratings on all units.
