Peelers Yard is a residential development located in the City Centre of Manchester. The project once complete will provide 81 apartments which are a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments and duplex penthouse apartments and townhouses.
The site is of historical value as it was a former police station in the 1800s with features of this being retained the the project such as the iconic chimney structure and the boundary walls.
